No Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds or store credit. All sales are final.
Exchanges for Size Only
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer exchanges for a different size of the same shirt subject to availability and under the following conditions:

The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the denial of the exchange request.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs to send the original item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned shirt, we’ll ship out the new size.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us at support@commonfour.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. We’ll provide you with further instructions.
Lost or Missing Packages
Common Four is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
Ownership and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or open an investigation. While we are not liable for missing packages, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
