Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time is different from shipping time.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx depending on your selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
International orders (if applicable): 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier or destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 days, please check SPAM folder or send email to support@commonfour.com

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

Common Four is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the shipment has been handed to the carrier. If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you where possible, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address, you will need to cover the re-shipping costs.
